STATIC PRESSURE ULTRA PRECISION LATHE
★The spindle and feed axis of the machine tool adopt the cutting-edge technology of domestic and international machine tool design and production-constant pressure and static pressure technology,with high motion accuracy and good rigidity.
★Can be used for hard turning of quenched parts, metal cutting roundness up to 0.2μm,used foroptical component processing,turning diameter up to 200mm,surface roughness Ra<0.1.The development of high-precision software for the turningof spherical, aspherical, off-axis and free-form components provides effective support for efficient machining.
Note:
1)For the processing of optical parts and brittle parts,special vacuum adsorptionfixtures are required.
2)The hard turning machine is equipped with static pressure spindle,driven by hard rails and lead screws,forming an economical ultra-precision hard turning,which can adapt to a wider range of working conditions.
